    Xbox One Controller Problem


    My Xbox One controller, using anything, when connected to the console using the Play & Charge cable makes the controller randomly turn off and on. How do I fix this? I've tried making the battery stay put, and other things.

    NOTICE: I have another controller that won't even turn on, doesn't blink, nothing happens. How do I fix this as well?

    Xbox One controller not recognized by windows 10.

    Have you tried a different Xbox one controller?

    If it works with a different Xbox One controller I would begin to expect the controller as the problem.

    Hey there, Biased!

    I'm sorry to see any controller issues! You mention both a button and a pad; are you using an Elite controller that you have a paddle mapped exactly the same as your X button? If that's the case, have you reset the configuration instead of just re-doing
    it?

    However, if that's not what you mean, can you explain "pad" for me? I just want to make sure we're on the same page with this issue. Xbox One Controller Problem :)

    If you aren't using an Elite controller, resetting configurations to default is still a good idea to test it out. If that doesn't work for you, do you have another controller you can test out with that configuration? Configurations are saved per profile,
    not controller/console, so you should be able to test out if it's the controller that's the issue.

    I'm not getting the Xbox one elite 2 controller. I didn't get the 1st one why would I get the 2nd one. the 1st one a lot of people had problems with. I've had problems with a regular Xbox one controller, so why would I buy a controller that is 3 times
