XBOX one controller problem on windows10

Hello,

I purchased an Xbox one power A controller, serial number [Mod Removed - Personal Information].

Windows 10 does not detect it at all. It doesn't turn on when I plug it in. I tried on several USB ports, nothing to do. I tried to install new pilotes, it didn't work either.

Would you have a solution? Thank you very much for your help.

True, the Link is broken.

The XBOX App in Windows10 should let us calibrate the Controller, including trigger rumble , rumble strengh, button mapping etc.

The Xbox app has much room for improvement- with the wireless xbox one Controller for windows 10, there is no way to check the battery status anywhere...

No, it's a system application on the Xbox One.

On Windows10 however you can install the app and remove it if you want. Settings are saved on the controller itself so should you wish to do so you can edit them through the Xbox Accessories app on your PC and then use the controller on your console.

in windows10 we could use xbox networking to find and fix problems isnt there a alternative on windows11
