Hi, i've some problems with my controller. I play some pc games with my controller and i dont know why, the sound of the games crash and they have some lag. How i can solve?

Do you also have this issue when using the mouse and keyboard because it seems unlikely that lag and sound issues are caused by a controller, also which game is it ?

no i havent, i have it only when i connect the controller. The game are hitman absolution, call of duty black ops 2 and remember me.

Actually if they wanted to the publisher/developer could modify the Windows version of their game and bring it to the Xbox One, since the Xbox One and PC are architecturally very similar. No need to re-make a game 100%. There is no need to re-code the
Xbox 360 version if a version for Windows exists, just port the PC version. Controller support won't be an issue as most of the PC versions of Xbox 360 games have controller support.

I'm playing on a PC, this isn't a Forza issue, it's a Windows/Firmware/Compatibility issue, the controller disconnects even if i'm not in any games.
A lot of people have this issues on PC, for some it works fine in some games, and in others it keeps getting disconnected, and for most it just disconnects regardless of game or not.

It's been an issue since Xbox One controllers, and day Series X

Hello Hugo,

Sorry for the issue you are having with the controller. As the Afterglow is not an official Microsoft controller there may be issues when trying to use it on a PC. You can try and connect it via a cable go into device manager look for the controller and
update drivers that way. You can try this troubleshooter,
Xbox one controller to PC.
