XBox One Controller (or Console) sensitivity issue

Hello,

I have an issue with BOTH my XBox One (regular) controllers: Suddenly navigation controls (thumbstick AND POV) are very sensitive. Navigation (and gamecontrol) is almost impossible. It seems more a console than conroller issue (as both controllers have te
same problem on all movement controls). Maybe it's Console hardware, maybe software. Tried several solutions (like re-connecting) but nothing works.

Someone facing same issue? Found a solution, please help.

My Xbox One Controller is suddenly malfunctioning big time.

i was under the impression that the controller update adjusted the sensitivity too.

"According to a Microsoft spokesperson, the controller tweak will be part of the February update to the Xbox One, and will automatically take effect when an Xbox One controller syncs with the console. Specifically, it will "increase the sensitivity of the
outer boundaries of the thumbsticks on the Xbox One controller.""

 

Controller Analog Sensitivity

Microsoft please make it possible to adjust the sensitivity of the analog sticks for the xbox one controller. It is too sensitive for me compared to the xbox 360. I own several games on the xbox one that I currently cannot play because of the sensitivity.
I have gone into the options for all of these games and changed my sensitivity to the lowest possible setting. Even after doing this the sensitivity of the analog sticks is still unbearable and unplayable. I originally tried playing on my 55" TV 1080p and
have downgraded to my 32" TV 720p. I should not have to do this! Although this did help with my issue a little bit. I still cannot play any games because my cursor zooms all over the screen. Now with the enhanced sensitivity of the new controller I cannot
enjoy my xbox one experience. I cannot imagine a call of duty, battlefield, or halo game being released without sensitivity settings. Why xbox one launched without a master analog sensitivity setting is beyond me especially since the 360 had this option and
the sensitivity of the analog sticks has been increased between generations. If I don't see an update soon I will be selling my console because I simply cannot use it. It has been collecting dust for the last two weeks. My xbox one had a broken dIsc tray upon
opening and that pales in comparison to this sensitivity issue. I am sure that others are having this problem also even maybe on the other end of the sensitivity spectrum, but I highly doubt xbox one gamers would not welcome the option to tweak the sensitivity
of their controllers. Please comment if you would like to see a master analog sensitivty setting added or if you are having a similar issue wether it is of the high or low sensitivity variety. It would be an utter failure if this was not implemented on the
xbox one!! Please feel free to weigh in everyone.

I've experienced weirdness in controls in the past and the following steps fixed it for me.

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds and then disconnect the console from power for at least 2 minutes, after that reconnect and power the console on again:

If you get a ebgames or gamestop depending on where you live you could get a platium card and you could get it exchange or repaired

 

Tried all these steps but unfortunately no result: problem unsolved...
