    XBox One Controller on PC issue


    I recently purchased a new XBox One controller and installed it on my PC to play Shadows of Mordor. The problem I'm having is if I have the controller plugged in when I put the computer to sleep...the screen goes dark as it would when it goes to sleep but
    my hard drive light blinks for a while and when I go to bring it out of sleep I find that my computer has turned off and then reports it crashed when I restart it.

    If I unplug the cable from the controller the computer goes to sleep and wakes up without issue. Any ideas what I can do?

    Hello Hugo,

    Sorry for the issue you are having with the controller. As the Afterglow is not an official Microsoft controller there may be issues when trying to use it on a PC. You can try and connect it via a cable go into device manager look for the controller and
    update drivers that way. You can try this troubleshooter,
    Xbox one controller to PC    .
