Xbox One Controller Not Working/Disconnecting

I recently bought an Xbox One and the controller seems to stop working if I leave the Xbox for an extended period of time. I try turning off the controller and then turning it back on but it doesn't help. The only thing that seems to fix it is by unplugging
the Xbox One, I have tried turning it off but it doesn't fix the issue. I have tried resyncing the controller but it doesn't fix it. I'm going to a friends house tomorrow to see if the issue is the same on another console. I'm wondering if it's the console,
I also wanted to note that I bought the Assassin's Creed Bundle in case that information is useful.

Controller regularly disconnects/reconnects on PC

I have a 360 controller that's been working fine on my PC for the past 2 years. I recently got an xbox one controller and it's been disconnecting/reconnecting at random times.

I already returned one Xbox One now the replacement is having the same issue

I got a day one console, and returned it because of controller disconnecting continuously. My new xbox one not only has the controller disconnecting issue, but this blank screen issue that you are describing as well. Definitely not an HDMI issue. Never
happened once with the previous xbox. This is ridiculous. One of my friends is having the same blank screen problem as well.

Is ever increasing number of users with this problem! Absurd support and MS give us a general answer and does not fix the problem!

Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.

rallyfirst sorry to hear you're having controller problems. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps listed here:

Yes sorry i mean the controller, i tried everything on that page, Also today i bought a new Xbox one controller, and got the same problem, it just works when its 3 inches from the console. Usb works fine.

When you say "remote" "...stop sync", I think you are referring to the Xbox One controller...? If so, may I suggest following up with "Xbox One
Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect". Let us know if this helps.
