Have you tried connecting your Xbox Elite controller to your Xbox One console via USB to force a sync? If that doesn't work, it sounds like getting your Elite controller repaired will be next option. Here is information on

Hey there Ashford! Is your controller wireless? If so, your controller may not be synced properly with the console anymore. Try turning the console on with the physical button, then try syncing your controller by pressing the sync button on the console and
controller. Once they sync up again, turn your console off and try turning it on with the controller. Let me know the result of this, thanks!

Do you have another controller you can try on your console? Or do you have a friend nearby with an Xbox One that you can use to test your controller on? Also, have you tried forcing a sync between your controller and the console by using a USB cable yet? If
not, try that and see if the controller will sync that way.

one possible workaround is to use a play and charge cable to connect the controller. this will force the sync without pressing the button. otherwise it would require taking apart the console to remove the faceplate to see if the button is broken or not.

I understand you need help with your controller problem. Are you not syncing this back to the other Xbox after using it to your main console? Or someone else may have been using this on the other console that is why it keeps on syncing there. It should not tranfer it's pairing to another console if it is not being paired there anymore.

What you can also do is to make sure it is unpaired from the other Xbox by pressing and holding the sync button only until it vibrates twice. Do this when it is still being paired on that other console.
