I’m doing well, thank you for asking . But yes, I’ve tried both of those. I have 2 controllers and the other is working perfectly fine and I’ve also tried connecting the non-responsive controller to the Xbox via USB-C and it still didn’t work.

Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

This is an odd one, my controllers have been disconnecting recently as well but for never more than a few seconds at a time, and maybe only once during excessive use. For it to randomly become unresponsive for longer periods makes me believe it may be
a hardware issue?

You need to do it on all controllers you use.
