    Xbox One Controller not connecting on my Cellphone


    Hello,

    My phone is no longer connecting to the Xbox One S controller as it did two months ago.

    Was there an update that disabled this option on some mobile phone models?

    Xiaomi does not work anymore and in two LG G5, one works and the other does not.

    What to do to get back to work?

    Picture below with the error that appears when attempting to connect.

    Can't connect my xbox one controller to my LG G3 cellphone via bluetooth

    Hi, my LG G3 is running on Android 6.0. The problem came when I try to connect my xbox one controller to it. On my cellphone, I can see the xbox controller in the bluetooth devices list but when I click on it to make the connection I always get an error
    message saying "Could not pair with Xbox Wireless Controller because of an incorrect PIN or passkey". My controller is up to date and my cellphone too. What can I do?

    Xbox One Controller will no longer work with Xbox One

    I downloaded the Xbox One controller PC Drivers, and now my Xbox One controller will not work with my Xbox One. I've tried the connecting it again with the connect button on the controller as well as connecting the USB to Micro-USB cable to the Xbox.

    Unfortunately cell phones aren't supported devices for the Xbox One controller. You may want to reach out to your cell phone manufacturer for additional assistance, but outside of that I'm afraid we're unable to troubleshoot. Thanks for your understanding!

    Cellphones and third party headset with wireless dongles/receivers are some of the equipment that can cause this interference

    I had disconnection issues but then I realised it was my cellphone. So now when I game, my cellphone is not close to my controller

    I take my Xbox 360 on vacation with me some times. Usually, when I do, I try to make sure I have an internet/cellphone connection at my destination (the Xbox One can check in via cellphone hotspot of course).



    If I travel to a place with no internet (but with an HDTV I guess?) then I'll probably bring the Xbox 360 instead of the Xbox One.

    I am sorry to hear that.

    This shouldn't be possible, the Xbox controller does not have a built-in microphone.

    Were you on Discord? Was your cellphone connected to it?
