    Xbox One controller not being recognized as wired.


    My controller was working just fine as wired until yesterday, and now it says that it's wireless with low battery and constantly disconnects. What can I do to fix it?

    Xbox one controller isn't being recognized wired. I plug it in and it vibrates, but there's no sign of drivers and the device isn't being recognized in xbox accessories.

    Turtle beach headset not working on one controller.

    Hello Erin,

    It seems that the Turtle Beach headset is not recognized when connected to one of the controllers.

    Is the red controller a Xbox One Wireless Controller? Or is it wired into the console?

    If wired, attempt different USB connection ports, and if wireless attempt to plug the controller directly into the console to see if this is the same result.

    If it is still the same result without the headset being recognized, then the controller may need to be replaced.

    Hi, Dericka! When I connect it using wired connection (special xbox wire for this controller) windows 11 recognizes it like just "controller". That`s it.

    Sorry for the issue with the mute icon being on. It seems as the controller is not recognizing the headset when it is connected. Do the Astro come with an adapter or do the y plug directly into the controller with the 3.5mm jack? You also can run through
    the
    Xbox headset troubleshooter    .

    Have you by any chance attempted to connect the controller directly to the PC through a wired connection?

    As well, you have mentioned that the controller that came with the Xbox One console is recognized on the PC, but that the elite controller is not recognized at all on the PC. This same elite controller, does it have any issues with connecting to the Xbox
    One console?
