Xbox One Controller Model 1697 - Can't revert firmware?

Hi,

First, the controller worked fine until yesterday. I tried to connect the controller with the TP-Link UB500 Bluetooth adapter and after doing everything like:

- Update the FW of the controller

- Remove the controller

- Remove the Xbox Wireless Adapter

- Reset device

I found out the information about the 1697 model doesn't support Bluetooth and it's fine, but I can't get connected to the Xbox Wireless Adapter again. Seriously? Why are you making it so hard just to use your accessories?

Now, if I want to play a game, I need to use only one option usb cap connect. I just want to use the Xbox Wireless Adapter again.

I understand you need help with your controller problem.

If I may ask, does your PC still recognize your wireless adapter? Are you not able to use the controller using wired at the mean time?

There might already be a problem on the adapter itself if the controller is not able to connect even though the controller can still be turned on.

If you have another controller to try, you may do so to check if it is a problem with the adapter since the controller works through wired, it could definitely be an issue with the adapter itself. If you cannot try another controller, it would be best to try another adapter. Try using a different usb port as well to see if that helps.

Yes, the PC still recognizes the wireless adapter and the controller works fine with the cable.

How I can check if it's an issue with the adapter or not?
