Xbox One Controller Menu button does not work and auto scroll

Discus and support Xbox One Controller Menu button does not work and auto scroll in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my xbox one controller now seems to not want the menu button to work and any game i play with a menu it will just scroll fast up and down by its self...     my xbox one controller now seems to not want the menu button to work and any game i play with a menu it will just scroll fast up and down by its self but when playing the game itself is fine anybody help?

    My Xbox One Controller won't work properly

    Hi! Today I got a CoD Controller for my Xbox One. Everything was fine, until I tried to test it. When on the home screen, the A button does not work properly. It takes many "pushes" to confirm a command. Also, the "menu - start" button does not work at all
    but the "back" one does. Can someone help me? I don't think that the controller is broken, because some of the buttons work...

    Xbox One dashboard error

    What happens is: When I am in a game and I go to dashboard (By pressing the Xbox Button on my controller), if I press the menu button, I cannot scroll through the menu. I can still press and hold the Xbox button to turn of the Xbox and it works fine. Please
    help.

    auto sign into gold profile

    I would recommend resetting your gold account profile as the auto sign-in profile. Try this and let us know if this resolves it for you:

    - Sign in to your gold account first, and once signed in..

    - Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (middle) to bring up the menu.

    - Scroll across to Settings

    - Select Profile

    - Select Sign In Preferences

    - Set Profile Auto Sign In to On

    Hello!

    If you press the Xbox button on your controller and the menu opens up, scroll across to the settings tab and click on the audio section. Alter the 'headset chat mixer' to the icon that looks like an Xbox controller and it should hopefully work!
