I was just wondering if anybody knew the specific names of the materials that make the Xbox One controller. I would deeply appreciate any replies.

Why Xbox One controllers break so easily

My Xbox 1 Day One console with Kinect's controller is still working perfectly fine, went to the Xbox 1 midnight launch in NZ. Maybe I'm one of the lucky ones. But I do think the build quality and materials feel more fragile than the Xbox 360 controller.
It's more sleeker than the Xbox 360 controller and weighs a lot less too.

Elite controller brakes second time in 1 jear! Whhhaaaatssssss going on?... HELLO?!... ELITE Controller!... RB and LB stands togheter in one... Whrong Material takes this **** on! Im not amused!

Sorry but we don't know here. However, if you've taken your controller apart and need parts for it we also cannot help as that would fall into the category of modding and discussion of such is not allowed on these forums.

No, I was just interested in the types of plastic used for my engineering project which was a product investigation. I need to know, otherwise I will have to change my product.

I'm pretty sure that legally they have to have this information available somewhere. How detailed do you need to be. Are we just talking about the types of plastics or are you getting right down to the complete workings.

I did find some information for the Nacon Revolution Pro Controller looks like these are available from 3rd party vendors for Xbox as well. I hope the information I provided was helpful.
