XBox one controller LT RT DONT WORK MORE

Hi, i bought a wired xbox one controller one month ago and it worked well but last week the buttons LT and RT dont work more in any game!!!! I tryed all the solutions that i have founded in web but nothing! I hAVE tired all the old drivers but nothing!!!!
I was playing friday 13th the game and the match before was working the next in a moment LT and RT are broke! i tried also to reinstall windows 10 but nothing!! please help i m so frustated can t play!

A wireless adapter of 360 controller will work on the xbox one controller?

And ita not just nurato in all of the game that i try the buttons was be opsitedown and the rt lt dont seems to work altho on the chack pannal evrey thing semms alright and all of the button response to the test

If you've only had it a month, check with the retailer you purchased it from to see if they can exchange it, or send it in to Microsoft to be repaired since it's still under warranty.

thanks for reply ! but the controller isnt broken! the buttons work i m sure that is bug of drivers! i downloaded Xinput Plus Setting Tool and i m able to use LT and RT in the witcher 3 but for example when i try to run ( push costantly A) , I can t! the
same app doesnt work with soma, i 'v just finished that now with keyboard and mouse ****
