xbox one controller light flashes and then wifi disconnects

xbox one controller light flashes and then wifi disconnects
I have been having this problem on and off for the past month or so. My controller will disconnect along with my wifi and then they both reconnect after a couple seconds usually. It has been on and off some days I can play normally other days it is impossible
for me to do anything on my xbox because it is constantly disconnecting. I have tried power cycling numerous times, completely unplugging all power to my xbox and power box for some time and reconnecting, wiring my controller, restarting my xbox, resyncing
my controller, pretty much anything I could find to try and fix it. One thing I haven’t done is hardwiring it to my router but I would not be able to do that anyways as my router is not in direct proximity to my console and I can’t really move it. I have been
trying so hard to figure out what is causing this and how to fix it. I saw something about maybe replacing the wifi card but I really don’t want to spend the money on that if I don’t even know if that would fix it plus my xbox is pretty old so there’s really
no point since the new consoles are coming out. Not sure if anyone will be able to help but if you could it would be greatly appreciated if not I guess I just can’t play until I save up for a new xbox:/
