Xbox one controller left stick problem

I have gone through 3 controllers since Xmas. The left stick seems as if it has popped out or something like a plastic collar is breaking. I wish they would come clean and admit the controller is not sturdy enough for sports games like Fifa or Madden!!!
Wish I had bought a Playstation

Problem with left stick Xbox One Controller.

Its not a software related issue, its a hardware one. Ive read in this same forum, the problems with the low quality materials of the controllers causing them to drift, but one year of usage and it gets an issue like this in a 60$ controller + the charge
& play pack + the wireless adapter needed to play on PC, on your beloved Windows 10... its just a scam. So the solution is wasting another 60€ (I'm from Spain) to get to play decently for another year, then another controller when that one breaks... VERY NICE.
I'll get myself a steam controller and wont give MIcrosoft more money after this.

I have the same exact issue and only breaks when playing NHL 15. It's always the left analog stick and usually when moving to the left. I hear a pop or crack sound and then I have intermittent issues where the left stick gets stuck in a position and have
to do a couple 360 rotations for it to respond normally again. The controller will occasionally last a couple weeks, but sometimes it doesn't last a single HUT game. Until MS acknowledges this issue and releases a hardware revision. I just continue to return/exchange
them at a local store. Microsoft can collect all the broken controllers I return as i'm not waiting a month for their slow repair service and poor warranty period. Thanks for the now out of warranty and unusable Day One controller...

Hi Omg the one that they sent me last has gone already so that is 4 since christmas. When you speak to an advisor they say they are not aware of any problems!!! Come on that is being disrespectful to us as all you have to do is google it and you can see
how big the problem is. I am not happy with the service off MS!!!!!

Yeah, there are a few videos out there showing the problems. One of the clips on the analog stick base becomes loose or falls off completely. Other videos show extra movement on the thumb sticks themselves.

Dear MS, I made an exchange for another new controller and the first NHL 15 game I played, the right trigger got stuck with 3 minutes left of the 3rd. These controllers are junk. It's kind of funny if you think about it... You are about $-720 for the one
controller I've paid for.

I have another xbox one controller because my other xbox one controllers left stick keep spam down and my right stick start to move random. Before getting a new xbox one controller, I use this cheap xbox one controller for months without it showing
sign of the weird bug, the glitche that it toying with the left stick and right stick. Then after this weird bug. thing messing around those sticks I got me another cheap xbox one controller. I been using it for months without a problem. Then there that weird
disease bug messing around the left stick and right stick. I went back to use the old xbox one controller that catch the weird bug but it seem to recover from this weird bug? The old xbox one controller return back to normal. Then I been using it for months
without a problem. But then the weird bug return back to the old xbox one controller. And all what is doing is messing with the left stick and right stick. I don't want to buy a another cheap xbox one controller. I don't want to remove the xbox one controllers
outside layer to remove the part in the left stick and right stick that allow me to click. Because that does not get rid of the weird bug. How did my old xbox one controller is cure from this weird bug? Why the weird bug return back to my old xbox one controller?
I don't want to keep buying xbox one controller. I want to clean it from this weird bug without open it. I think the old xbox one controller is trying to fix itself to return to normal.

Hello. My name is Roman. I recently bought a gaming console Xbox one 1TB tomb raider. Please tell me how can I restore the previous firmware of my controller on the Xbox one? I played the game tomb rider, after the next level I decided to turn the console
