    Xbox one controller: Left stick constantly going up


    When I try to use my Xbox one controller, I can't select anything because my 'cursor' is always going up. I managed to go to the Xbox controller test lab and it said my left stick was always being activated up. I used other controllers on the same Xbox, and it worked fine. Is my controller done for?

    Hello,

    Most likely the controller has experienced internal damage, causing the left stick to be constantly go up. If your controller has a warranty linked to it, microsoft will be able to repair the controller at no extra charge. If not however, you will need to pay to fix the controller or use different controller.

    My Titanfall controller left thumb stick is doing it also. Constantly drifting up after I push up. My standard controller that came with my system seems fine. Curious if it's something fixable or deos it need to be replaced. Been over 90 days for the warranty.
