    Xbox one controller left analog faulty.


    So i've had my xbox one for about 3-4 month, recently my left analog stick has started to be very faulty. When i move the left analog stick up or down it continues to go in that direction for a bit. It's become really annoying now as I can barely even navigate
    around the xbox and I only have the 1 controller and paying £40-£50 for another is really not an option at the moment. When i move the left analog up it seems to have this 'click' feel in it. Any help would do, i still have the receipt for the console too.

    Xbox one controller left analog faulty.

    You can send it in for a replacement here
    http://service.xbox.com     and you will get a replacement sent to you. I had to send for a replacement myself, also in the UK, it took about 2 and a half weeks for the replacement to arrive and you have to send the controller to the service centre in the
    Czech Republic at a cost of I think about a fiver.

    Another cheeky thing you can do, that saves you waiting for a replacement and being without a controller, is buy a new controller from amazon at £37.99, then take your other one into CEX and get £18 for it. CEX never test pads unless you take them in with
    a console. I used to do it with my 360 pads when they were on there way out.

    Yep - not only is my left stick drifting up without even touching it but, now, my right stick is doing it too. Its definitely a BIG DESIGN FLAW. A recall does seem in order here. What we need is a petition signed by all, to send to the Attorney General.
    Then Microsoft will HAVE to fix the problem. They will be forced to use their billions to fix this junk that they did not even test.
