XBOX ONE Controller LB button came loose! (ANY FIXES?)

My LB button on my Xbox One controller became loose about 1 hour ago, I can't get it to go back in and I'm having trouble with it. I can pull the left part of my LB button up and see the inside of it, but it won't click back in. Idk if it broke or what.

Concerning the Elite Controller

Xbox Elite controller is an excellent controller, but i feel like the LB+RB buttons can use an upgrade.

I went through 2 elite controller where my LB button just snapped loose.

I constantly use LB for games that provide the "bumper jumper control scheme"

If Microsoft ever came to upgrade those buttons like making them metal or not having the LB and RB connected together as one plastic piece, i would be happily to purchase another one.

This seems like a controller hardware issue already. I would best advise you to send it in for replacement. You can process your replacement order here -

I have just had this happen to my xbox one s controller the left stick came loose from the base. I went to the the support page and it says no record found. What can I do?

 

It still works fine it's just that it won't stay down and it's getting annoying. The right side itsn't doing this only the left side of the LB button. I can see a small piece that looks like it can connect into something but it won't.

I have had to keep it tapped down haha.

 

[UPDATE] Now the RB button has done the same exact thing....This is really getting on my nerves.....

As PhantomLass stated above, that definitely sounds like a hardware issue. You'll either want to send it in for repair (following the steps provided by PhantomLass) or replace it.
