    Hey there PoA!

    Sorry to hear your Controller is giving you problems. If you have already tested out the controller and it's still giving you problems, we would recommend taking a looking into the Self Service options for your controller. Is it a newer controller possibly
    falling within it's 90-day warranty? If so then attempting to set up a repair would be the best option for you!

    Just go ahead and follow this

    If that is not working I would suggest registering your device for repairs.

    Hi,

    To close an app or a game on Xbox One, kindly perform the following steps:

    1. In the game or app, press the Xbox button on your controller. This will return you to Home.
    2. Verify that the big application tile is highlighted, and then press the Menu button on your controller.
    3. Select Quit.

    If the problem with your game or app is causing the console to be unresponsive, power cycle your Xbox One console instead.

    To find and install add-ons and downloadabe game contents on the Xbox One, kindly perform the following steps:

    1. 1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to return to the Home screen.
    2. 2. Pull the right trigger to scroll down, and then press the A button to select My games & apps.
    3. 3. Highlight the game for which you have an add-on, and then press the Menu button on your controller.
    4. 4. Select Manage game.
    5. 5. Scroll right to the Ready to Install section.
    6. 6. Highlight the add-on or game content you want to install, and then press the A button on your controller.

    Make sure to log in with the Microsoft account that you used to redeem the the codes online.
