Xbox one controller keeps losing connection to console

    Xbox one controller keeps losing connection to console


    i have am issue with my xbox one elite and xbox one controllers... for some reason they keep losing connection with the console, they seem to turn off and on by themselves during play. I have the plug and play cord and battery i use from microsoft. It does
    not disconnect if i leave the cable plugged into the console and controller ... and if i do just use the battery pack with them its random when it happens. Could be fine for and hour or more and then out of no where it just starts doing it and it wont stop
    till i plug it in again. The controllers are up to date and so are the consoles. If anyone knows if there is an issue that has risen since the the latest update or anything like that. It never did this before and now it seems since the last update it happens

    Customized XBOX 1 Controller Disconnection

    I purchased a customized Controller for my XBOX 1 and it is constantly losing it's connection to my XBOX.

    I don't have the problem with my original controller but this one keeps losing it's connection. I have to remove the batteries and replace them to get it to access my system but that only lasts a few minutes. They are new batteries.

    Any ideas about what might be going on or did I receive a defective controller?

    ...Where is the XBox Support STAFF?

    Is this happening on only one Xbox One, or both of them? as it could be an issue with the console losing connection to the controller as oppose to there being an issue with the controller.

    The wireless one was used with and without the wired. The last two wired controllers including the current controller were used only through wire as they weren't wireless

    Cheers but because it's a wired controller it doesn't want to update, it doesn't even try to auto update.
