    Xbox One controller issues after update


    I just updated this morning to the newest Beta preview update "17134.4056.amd64fre.rs4_release_xbox_dev_1806.180626-1359" and for the first time ever to occur, my controllers refuse to connect. I have tried to sync wirelessly with no response from my One,
    so I tried plugging in my controllers (tried multiple) to no avail. I cant even use the troubleshoot menu to do a full reset, as no controller will connect. Does anyone have any experience with this issue? Any help is appreciated!

    Please, I can't get a response from anyone about this issue, yet more and more people are coming forward about this being an issue after the last update. Microsoft, you need to look into this before you start losing customers, including myself, a 9 year

    Please notify Microsoft so they have a record of it and maybe they can issue an update. Don't think its the controller because when finally inside an app it scrolls easily. My media remote doesn't work either since the update. Thanks for replying.

    Not sure if this will have any impact on the issue you are having but have you tried doing a hard reset on the console? Hold the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds or until it powers down completely then let it set a couple of minutes,
    restart the console and test. Let us know if this helps at all. Good Luck!
