Xbox One Controller is using background functions

I installed my new Xbox One controller and started to play fifa. Since i have an Xbox 360 controller i tried to do a multiplayer session. Both controllers seem to work but in game it sometimes does "auto double button pressing" or when i play some time a
keyboard appears suddenly and minimizes the game. Also now both controls seems to be pressing buttons or windows in background or moving stuff. When i move my triggers it also moves the page when i am in browser or RT and LT seem to work as right and left
clicks. I don't know what to do.

Xbox one controller won't work at all

Hi there Thomasarus21,

I want to first verify the batteries you are using, brand, power, etc.

-I start here because this controller does not function off the same power as the xbox 360 controller. Also all batteries are not created to fully function on the xbox one controller. I assume you are using the batteries that come with the controller...but
just in case....

Here is something you've probably read but I thought to post it just in case :

In short the resolution is to first buy two batteries per the support link (based on your preferences) but I'm not trying to discount that you may have, in some way purchased a bad controller two times.

 

Is there any good places to buy replacement parts (OEM or otherwise) for controller?

If you're controller is less than 30 days old you can take it back to the retailer. If it's older than that but still within the warranty you can order a replacement using the online service center. devicesupport.microsoft.com

Does this happen across multiple games or does this occur with some games in particular? Also, does this only occur if you have multiple controllers connected?

 

It happens with every game. Actually the problem seems to be that the controller is also working when there is no game running. It also messes up some things in Windows and the Keyboard box also appears when there is no game running.

Can you also specify which version of Windows you're running? If you haven't already, be sure to try removing the controller from your drivers, restart your PC, and then reconnect the controller to see if there's any change with it's performance.
