Xbox one controller is junk

There are many discussions about the problems with the left thumb stick failure. If you play fifa nhl or madden be prepared to be buying a new controller every few months....no joke. Advice to you is buy the warranty. There should be a class action lawsuit
brought against Microsoft. Now before all you idiots start commenting saying you dont take care of your controller or that you still have your original controller or your to rough on you're controller see other threads on the subject. It seems to be a problem
with certain games as mentioned above. Left thumb will fail click grind and stick. I can screenshot anyone who disbelieves my bestbuy receipts. 8 controllers exchanged in last 6 months best warranty i ever bought. Microsoft should be ashamed of themselves
for putting out such a garbage product. Test the controller with the games mentioned above for a few months before you make a stupid comment on this thread. Thanks in advance

Why do we pay money every month for a system that does not work?

party chat is still a waist of time to even try, do to network errors . multiplayer is a joke when trying to play with friemds. Even the free games make me feel ripped off?

And to top it off Xbox still gets hacked or crashes and no refund.

Stop wasting time on the TV crap and get this system to play games with friends!

Thank you my friend. Experiencing the same problem here. 7 in a year. Brought and elite controller to avoid it and the left trigger gets stuck on that Also had issues with left bumper on normal Xbox one controller . I will not buy another Xbox product until
something done about this, l haven't brought a game for 5 months after buying 40 stars n the previous year.. I am going to try SONY PLAYSTATION to see if any issues with their controllers. I have taken issue up with Australian Consumer Affairs. Hopefully can
get this sorted with Microsoft otherwise going to SSONY PLAYSTATION.

Still have my day one controller working fine. I have had problems with the elite but had those replaced under warranty service

I have had no problems at all with my controllers. All of my controllers still work great.

They could be a bit slimmer, or have more stick drift resistance, but hey they have a nice grip.

They are other brands of controllers specifically designed to use on a Xbox One if you do not like the Microsoft branded ones. You may have better luck with one of those instead. PDP, Razer, Afterglow are a few brands you might have better luck with.

Over the course of almost 6 years none of my controllers have really had issues. I have a "Day One 2013" controller, a black 3.5mm headphone jack controller, the Master Chief controller, a "Project Scorpio" controller, the Gears 4 Elite and a black Elite
controller. The only problem I had was with my Gears 4 Elite controller with the back grip coming off. Other than that they all still work perfectly with 1,000s of hours of use (minus the Project Scorpio cause I don't want to use it). As for 360 I have roughly
10-12 different Official Microsoft themed controllers and 3 different 360's, including a day one model. That model didn't Red Ring until 2011, after being used almost everyday for 5 years. My OG Xbox still uses both the Duke and S model controllers that haven't
broke yet.

But as for someone who has dropped, stepped on, threw and slammed down multiple controllers over the years with not only Xbox, but Sony and Nintendo too. None of my stuff has broke or fell apart.
