    Xbox one controller inputs


    So I turn on my xbox and controller, and none of the controller's inputs register except for the left stick, triggers and the home button.

    Then the controller needs to be synced to the xbox, and when I sync it, it the proceeds to act as if I am repeatedly spamming a, but not doing anything, and the left stick gets really sensitive, moving across 2 options with even a light tap.

    I also need to update the xbox, but I can't do that if none of the inputs work. This happena with every controller I have, and when plugged into a usb. I have tried resetting the xbox multiple times and left it unplugged and unpowered for over 24 hours.
    Any other ways that it could possibly be fixed?

    Headset Adapter...

    Yes the x11's will work with the xbox one with the headset adaptor, all it does is convert the 2.5mm input to the 3.5mm stereo input on the xbox one controller. Just make sure you update the xbox one controller.

    Do all xbox one headsets require the adapter

    The old Xbox One controller only featured an expansion port, newer controllers including the elite controller also feature a 3.5mm input where you can connect 3.5mm cables into.

    So if your headset just requires a 3.5mm input then you can connect it without the stereo adapter if you have a newer model of the Xbox One controllers
