Xbox One Controller inputs not right

I use the controller on PC, I have made sure all drivers and updates are applied, however the inputs are just weird. I have had minor problems for the past few years, usually some update, but like I stated previously those did not work this time. These are the 2 best examples of the problem I can give.

First, in the Xbox Accessories app when I go to toggle through the options with the joystick when it's connected via a USB cable it will act like I did two inputs if I move the stick all the way to either side, and will sometimes register an up input when I use a down. However when I click on the test option suddenly none of that appears in the registered inputs, same goes for what I'm about to say next.

Second and the more obvious example is when I'm playing Rocket League. I get the same double input in the menus via the joystick, then if I use a mouse to select a mode (free play, casual, whatever) is where the worst of it is. When ever I press the bumper to try and accelerate the car, it activates my boost as well which is bound to my 'B' button. When I try to brake/reverse with my other bumper, it makes me jump which is bound to my 'A' button.

I've tried every fix I can find online and nothing has worked. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, updating any related driver, making sure all game launchers and PC recent updates have been applied, made sure everything in the Steam controller settings were right, I even updated to Windows 11 to see if that would do it. Also when I tried it on my girlfriend's PC (Windows 11), after installing the Xbox Accessories app, it was working just fine there.

So, just to confirm. Is this issue happening only with your PC, right?

If that's the case. Did you not remember installing any third party program that can interfere with the controller driver?

In the meantime, please try this:

Open Task manager > select startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart your system and try again

If the issue persists, create a new local administrator user in your PC and try from there:

Thank you for your time and help! Your suggestion to disable the startup apps has fixed the issue I was having! I figured it was something with my PC and not the controller, since it worked on my girlfriend's PC. Now to just figure out which app is affecting the controller's driver. Yes the x11's will work with the xbox one with the headset adaptor, all it does is convert the 2.5mm input to the 3.5mm stereo input on the xbox one controller. Just make sure you update the xbox one controller.

Yes! The
Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick is compatible with the Xbox Adaptive Controller when plugged into one of the USB ports on the controller. The left input is for the left thumbstick actions and the right input is for the
right thumbstick actions. The buttons on the joystick are set to specific buttons by default but you can customize your button setup through the Xbox Accessories app. I'm going to provide you with all of the information I think you may find useful for the
Xbox Adaptive Controller and there is plenty more!
