I have just been playing UFC about to throw a punch in a tiny window of time, so I fastly press rb and just instantly....no longer works, i open it up to see that there’s just the tiniest peices of plastic making this work and it had obviously just popped
right off, clean in half... probably should be something to look into since its pretty frustrating that i cant sign in with my code since it has two 8’s , cant throw grenades, i cant throw hard punches, i cant even go to the next slide on my xbox. All because
of the plastic it was not even the fact it was plastic but the fact that it was so fragile and such a terrible design flaw it just tore itself away from the controller like some hot sugar... honestly a real ruiner. For parts that are needed to work the game
youd think thered be a little more room for error or some thicker plastic to keep that exact thing from happening, but no i doubt there’s a replacement for such a thing, since i have no insurence on the controller, but, just the fact that I couldnt’ve of done
anything about it is the worst thing you could expect out of a product breaking.

    :)

    Xbox Controller

    Hello Shadow,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue with controller. Here is a

    guide for Bluetooth
. There are pictures that show how to tell if your controller is Bluetooth or not. Not all Xbox controllers are Bluetooth.

On Bluetooth-supported controllers, the plastic around the Xbox button
 is part of the face of the controller. On controllers without Bluetooth, the plastic around the
Xbox button  is part of the top, where the bumpers are.

    Thanks,

    Brad

    One S Controller

    Hello Carbon,

Thanks for posting on the forums. Best way to tell if the controller is Bluetooth or not.

On Bluetooth-supported controllers, the plastic around the Xbox button is part of the face of the controller. On controllers without Bluetooth, the plastic around the Xbox button is part of the top, where the bumpers are. Here is a

    link to page I found
on support there a picture showing the difference.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

    Brad

Controller Xbox One WIFI on PC Windows 10

    Hey Giuseppe,

Yes, that looks like a Bluetooth supported controller to me. It should also state so on the box.

Description for the controllers is as follows:

"On Bluetooth-supported controllers, the plastic around the Xbox button is part of the face of the controller. On controllers without Bluetooth, the plastic around the Xbox button is part of the top, where the bumpers are."

That controller you posted fits the description of Bluetooth supported controllers listed from this

    link
    .

    I hope this information helps!

Controller Xbox One WIFI on PC Windows 10

    Hey Giuseppe,

I'm not sure based on the manufacturer code alone but based on the research I did, that is the standard controller that DOES have Bluetooth. I believe controllers produced since 2017 do have Bluetooth technology.

    This
    link
also has a picture at the top showing the difference between controllers with Bluetooth and those that don't.

Description for the controllers is as follows:

"On Bluetooth-supported controllers, the plastic around the Xbox button is part of the face of the controller. On controllers without Bluetooth, the plastic around the Xbox button is part of the top, where the bumpers are."

    I hope that helps!

XBox One Right Joystick Drift Up Issue

stick drift/ghosting is something you will find on every single game pad/controller fr every platform on the market, It is caused simply from normal use wear and tear, over time the thumbstick sensors plastic and copper parts slightly wear introducing play.

The thumbstick sensors can be replaced if you know how to, otherwise its a new controller, 360 gamepads were very bad for this. my 2 year old xbox one s controller is still perfect though.
