    Xbox One Controller guide button stopped working


    Hello,

    My Xbox guide button on my Xbox One controller stopped working. It was working fine yesterday morning then I had a controller update and now the guide button does not work at all. I tried re-syncing the controller and it still does not work. What is strange
    is I also have a wired controller that was not plugged into the console during the update and that controllers guide button does not work either. The rest of the buttons on both controllers work just the guide buttons do not work.

    Xbox One controller is 3 days old, Left trigger button does not work.

    Xbox One controller is 3 days old, controller was dropped ONE TIME, and the Left trigger button stopped working.

    Because the remote is new, can I have it replaced for free?

    Same problem here. Trying hard reset, no power connected at all, hoping this works. Will keep you updated.

    Hard reset worked. I would make sure to completely unplug the power supply just to be sure. Hope this helps anyone else having this problem.

    Odd MP error..?

    it's a day of odd glitches. I was in a match today, and all the combat releated buttons on my controller stopped working. I could move, I could run with the A button, I could pull up the XBox Guide, or the menu with the Start Button. But none of the other
    buttons worked, I could not use any offense of any kind at all. Tried hiding and turning my controller off/on, grabbed a different controller.. nothing. I had to leave the match which I hate doing. Next match started, worked fine from there.
