Xbox One Controller Going To The Right

When i turn my Xbox controller on it does not work and when i press the Xbox logo on the controller it goes to the right, Anyone else having this problem?

i had gotten a xbox one for christmas along with a 2nd controller to go with it. from day one the 2nd controller has been acting up and not working right. now it is always going to the right and its imposbile to us the controller at all...... the other one
works fine ive tried everything to get it to work....

Sorry to see any issues with your controller! You should still be under your 90 day warranty for the console's accessories to get a replacement controller. If you believe you've done everything to resolve it, I suggest setting up a repair through our
Device Support page. You will need to register the console first, and then attempt to do an accessories replacement. If you run into any issues, be sure to

it only occurred when i went to titanfall it was fine before.

 

after the firmware update, my LS drifts North. If I'm on the main screen, it moves from the center tile to the upper left and stays there. When in a list of options, it will cycle through the options endlessly -- unless interrupted. When playing a game,
it seems to drift forward/up until interrupted. it will resume the drift at predicable intervals.

 

@P3rf3ctDay Having the same issue with my controller. The controller I am having issues with is one from Play and Charge set.

Seems like the Xbox One controllers are not up to par with the Xbox 360 controllers. They just seems cheaper and flimsy.

 

Going to trade my xb1 for ps4 because of this issue. MS and their bad products have me fed up

 

My left stick drifts up all the time, started doing this ages ago. Cant afford a new pad at those stupid prices. Been with xbox since the beginning and feel betrayed! Not a happy customer!
