Xbox One Controller Frequent Disconnects

I'll start out by saying that I have a day one edition xbox one along with 1 day one controller, a regular wireless controller bought a couple months after, and a brand new controller just bought.

My issues first began immediately after I bought the xbox one. My controller would randomly, meaning no matter what game or app I used, would disconnect or flash briefly enough to stop all control and would then reconnect with me touching anything.
This would happen once every month or so. Fast foward to today and now I am plagued by disconnects that occur every 3 minutes or so and will sometimes not recconect to the xbox and actually turn off the controller that has a full battery charge mind you.



I have tried using all 3 of my controllers and varrying distances. I have tried using full charges of my nyko rechargeable battery and with regular batteries that are brand new. I have tried disconnecting my router, modem, speakers, tv, kinect, anything
connect to the xbox. I have tried multiple apps and games along with simply just sitting at the dashboard. I have tried using an updated controller and non updated controller. I have power cycled my Xbox doing both cold starts and unplugging all power for
more than 10 seconds. I have tried all the following both connected to xbl and disconnected from xbl. I have tried reseting the controllers to the xbox by hitting the "find controllers" on the left side of the xbox and the controllers themselves. There is
no patern to why my controllers disconnect. I have tried all the official and unofficial troubleshootING guides posted on xbox.com aND other sites.

Also my warranty has run out for my Xbox one. Guess that's what I get for being an early adopter. This all leads to the conclusion that it is a hardware failure in my Xbox and needs to be sent in. I however will not be sending it in to get repaired
because I'm assuming the will charge me a repair fee outside of my warranty. The only solution I can possibly use which will still cost me more money is to buy a charge and play kit so that I can bypass the wireless controller and make it a wired controller.
This is very inconvenient and I do not wish to do this method. Any suggestions is appreciated.

Random disconnects

My controller randomly disconnects when not plugged in to the Xbox one and as it does this my Xbox will completely disconnect me from Xbox live for a few seconds. This has happened a few times now and is getting more frequent. Anything I can do to fix this.

 

Frequent Controller Disconnects?

The wifi cards are the fault of the disconnect issues. I replaced mine on Friday and have not had a single disconnect yet. People usually lose the ability to keep sync with the controller while others have issues with the wifi. You can buy the cards used,
I recommend eBay because of their buyer protection. You can look up videos and illustrations on how to take the console apart to replace the card. It's relatively easy to do.

 

Im doing the same with mine and its pissing me off. It needs fixing.

hopefully they can fix this with the Jan or Feb update.

 

Mine's always disconnecting too.

 

I have the same problem the only solution I've come up with is to stay connected with the Microsoft rechargeable battery and stay connected with the cord. Pretty irritating that I have to stay tied down and with the traffic that comes between where I play
and my Xbox I go through my fair share of cords one just shorted out today
