    Xbox one controller freezing


    I have checked for all the updates. The only way i have been able yo get my controller to work is by everything down completely. Then, with controller plugged in voa isb, i turn on the xbox. It will only last for 30-45 mins ish thrn the controller freezes
    everytime. Shows its conected but does nothing. This is the same with all of my controllers.

    each time it's freeze, I press the xbox button on my controller and my controller vibrate, I wait 1 minute and then the screen goes black and the xbox completly freeze.

    No, that did not work it only acts like it’s pairing with the controller. I am able to play one game then my Xbox will freeze up.

    Hi,just to be more clear,this is my dads xbox and after he tells me to stop playing,his controller freezes a few times then it stops freezing.This is with any controller and it doesn't freeze on the other Xbox.
