Xbox One controller freezing during gameplay windows 10 wired

I recently bought a used xbox one controller to use with my windows 10 gaming pc. I am currently using it wired and have seen problems in my games. While playing GTA 5 every 5 - 10 minutes it will freeze and just keep holding down what I was doing (If
i am driving and moving forwards it will keep going forwards.) and I have to unplug it and plug it back in to fix it. That happens pretty often and is very annoying. rocket league will do this within 3 seconds. I tried this on my steam machine which is streaming
from my main pc and i streamed gta for an hour with no problems and rocket league worked for 20+ minutes. So that verifyies that its not eh games problems. Please help me find out why this wont work on windows for me. thanks!

XBox 360 Controller for Windows 10

Good evening (from Slovakia)! I want to buy an XBox 360 Wired Controller for my PC and my question is: Can I use a normal XBox Wired 360 controller (which is given to XBox 360s) on Windows 10, or I have to buy a new one specialized for Windows 10?
