Xbox one controller freezes

    Xbox one controller freezes


    My xbox controller started freezing a few months ago, is freezes up and stays that way until I power cycle the xbox, taking out batteries doesn't bring it back up, resyncing or plugging USB doesn't work it either, it just stays frozen forever and doesn't
    accept inputs, I tried everything in this forum from updating it, putting xbox to power saving, literally everything from these simple troubleshoots that never seem to work.

    I'm at a loss at what to do now.

    each time it's freeze, I press the xbox button on my controller and my controller vibrate, I wait 1 minute and then the screen goes black and the xbox completly freeze.

    No, that did not work it only acts like it’s pairing with the controller. I am able to play one game then my Xbox will freeze up.

    Hi,just to be more clear,this is my dads xbox and after he tells me to stop playing,his controller freezes a few times then it stops freezing.This is with any controller and it doesn't freeze on the other Xbox.
