Xbox one controller firmware update fail through PC Xbox Accessories app

Hello,

Today i tryed to update my xbox one brand new controller (1697 model) through PC app Xbox accessories with usb cable. It started to update and in the middle of an update app just shutted down and now my controller does not work. Even this Xbox Accessories
app wont recognise this controller. When i connect it to the pc with usb it shows that its is controller but with different logo.

Funny thing is that i have another one old version (1537 model, without headphone jack) and it works fine, update was successful with the same usb cable and the same pc, just 2 minutes earlier.

So, what should i do?

Pitty is that it was brand new controller, not used even a little bit.

Please, get the App "Xbox Accessories" from Windows Store, and try again. It will try to update your Windows 10 drivers or Xbox One controller firmware.

If that does not work, try to update Xbox One controller firmware through your Xbox One console with a USB data cable.
