Xbox One Controller Driver Code 37 Error

I recently purchased a Wiresless Controller with Play & Charge Kit for my xbox/PC. There was a sign on the display that stated "Now works with PC!" I was pumped, as i wanted to play skyrim, morrowind, etc on my PC. So I plugged it into my PC, it auto detected
drivers, and they brought back a code 37 error. I deleted and reinstalled, used the device manager to try n find an update, ive taken the drivers from major nelsons post, microsoft website. None have worked. I have uninstalled/reinstalled everything. Even
my USB controllers and nothing works. It works in safe mode, and it works on my laptop, but it Does Not Work on my PC. I'am at this point stumped. Any help would be great.

CODE 37(Driver is not completely installed)

I've installed the driver but it says error code 37 .. I dont know why ..

I'm using a Windows 7 64-bit Operating System,,

Is there a problem with my Controller or My SYSTEM??

 

Cannot redeem xbox live 24 month code.

I tried on my xbox one console and on the xbox website and was told there was an error with redeeming the code. On the website, I was given the error code

This might be a silly question, but have you got the right OS requirements, along with the correct Bit type driver for the OS Bit type?

Also, have you tried alternating the USB port that you have it plugged into, such as trying USB 2.0 and a USB 3.0 port.

 

im having same issue which is *** this is why i sold my xbox one because nothing from microsoft ever works. bought a $65 controller and the driver says "error" after it finishes installing. where not the only one's, tons of us on PC are having the same issue.
