Xbox One controller drifting malfunction

I recently bought an Xbox One from a private party both of my controllers drift upwards while playing games and using Microsoft Edge I do not know why this is happening but it seems to be a reoccurring issue among the Xbox One Hardware if someone could suggest
something to do besides turning off my Xbox unplugging it and recalibrating my controller it would be greatly appreciated if not I would like Microsoft to furnish and you controller being that such as loyal customer and have been for over 10 years I can understand
one controller malfunctioning but both of them is a little ridiculous it has to be something to do with the hardware because I am very easy on my Xbox and it hasn't seen a lot of use

You can't fix controller drifting as the Xbox one does not allow you to re-calibrate it, as for the multiple presses this can usually be fixed by powercycling your console (if you didn't drop your controller, if you did it might be an internal controller
malfunction)

Not quite understanding what you mean by centerpoint. Is the controller drifting up? For steps on drifting controllers, check out our

Xbox One Controller Troubleshooter. Unfortunately for drifting issues, the controller would need to be repaired or replaced depending on your warranty status.

I'm sorry to see any drifting issues with the controllers! If you purchased the console for a private party and not a retailer, including the drifting controllers, then you would need to reach back out to them to discuss the possibility of them providing
you malfunctioning units. If you purchased it all from a retailer, you will need to reach out to them to see if you are still within their return policy. If you are outside of that, but still within warranty with us, you will want to get your controllers replaced
through our Device Support page.

If you are unable to do any of these options, the last option is to purchase new controllers.
