Xbox one controller doesn't work, it does not turn on

guys first of all sorry about my english, I was playing fifa 16 with my friend and suddenly his controller turn off, i thought it was because the cell battery was low. then a switch for a new one, and nothing changed, the controller still doens't turn on,
I tried to do a complete turn off at the console, I tried to connect in the usb port, but the controller not even turn de light on. Can anyone please help me?

Xbox one defective controller

Xbox one wireless controller completely defective. Controller does not turn on at all. Tried it with the battery pack, did not work. Tried it with USB charging cable in the Xbox one still does not turn on. Not impressed with xbox one.

Xbox One won't turn on but has power

When I try to turn on the Xbox One with the controller, the controller powers up but the Xbox doesn't. When I try to turn on the Xbox One on the console itself, it makes the normal beep noise, however the white light does not come on and neither does the
Xbox. Help!

I had this exact issue in December!

Ms wouldn't help me, ended up waiting 3 weeks to buy a new controller, which lasted 40ish days before left analog broke. MS solution was for me to pay to ship it back for a replacement. Also, they couldn't promise I'd get the current gen controller with
a headphone port.. Very frustrated about this.

My controller home button doesn't work, I've tried turning my XBOX and controller of and on hundreds of times and still no hope, does anyone know how to fix this? I don't want to send away for a new one and be waiting for about a month with no XBOX

What type of problem are you having with your controller?

MY CONTROLLER WON’T CONNECT TO MY CONSOLE OR PC -> it doesn't apply. the controller does connect to my pc

I CAN’T UPDATE MY CONTROLLER -> it doesn't apply. Xbox Accessories says it is up to date

You mentioned this, but how did you turn ON the Console with that same controller if the controller does not connect to the Console?

I think this is happening to me. I found a fix for it. Question, do you turn your Xbox one on with voice?

Me, whenever I turn my xbox one on with voice and then turn my controller on to start or join a party, my mic/headset does not work. However when I turn the xbox on with the controller and then start or join a party, my mic/headset works.

Yes my kinetic chat is turned off..

Hey there HooksaN, I made a mistake there I meant to say wired! I tried to sync my controller on my friends XBOX and same outcome! I had a battery pack at home, but the charger doesn't work so I got a lend of my mates charger, and it doesn't work still

Guessing it's a controller issue tried everything.

And well I tried all the ones on the XBOX Help thing nothing help, my mate put my controller under the sink though and it worked after that though but it randomly turned off about 4 hours later and it does connect to any XBOX!
