XBOX One controller doesn't work anymore

Hello, I have bought a Xbox One controller 1,5 year ago in France in a

LDLC shop. My controller doesn't work anymore since yesterday. What can I

do?

I precize that I play on PC, with Origin.

The controller powers on, it works 2/3 seconds, and nothing after.

I control it with USB cable so no battery problem

Xbox One controller with pc (NEED HELP)

My Xbox one controller doesn't get detected by my laptop anymore. it was working just fine a few minutes ago. Now it doesn't even turn on. I've tried with other controllers and they work just fine.

Game doesn't work anymore

Dear Support,

Today morning I started to play on my laptop computer with the brand new event. I successfully finished first 5 challenges. When I started the 6th challenge, cards did not appear, just the simple emty background appeared. Since this I'm not able to play
with Microsoft Solitaire Collection at all. I completed some daily challenges earlier on my Laptop - not too often, but regularily.:

I've already tried to:

- Restart, update and reinstall application

- Restart my computer

- Update my Windows

- Relog to my xBox account

I'm using Win10 on my laptop. Nothing has changed between challenge 5 and 6 on my OS. Now I'm not able to start daily challenge, standard games or stars club at all.

What else could I check?

weird, my 360 controller doesn't work in my 360 console anymore, ive only had it for like 2 years. I bought a ONE controller and i works fine in my PC. Kinda *** i had to do that.

Sometimes when left for a long time in recharge the controller charger doesn't performs it's function anymore. Let it for a day or so to cool of and if it still doesn't works I'm sorry but you have to get another one.

Your Xbox One controller isn't working anymore after the NXE update on November 12. right? Is this an 2015 controller or the old controller?

I'm sorry, but the only option left would be testing it on another console. If it works, the problem is in your Xbox and you can ask it to be serviced. If it doesn't work on other console too, then your controller is not working anymore.
