    It does not work I have always problems with the store does not make me see the cost of xbox 360 games xbox one so I can not download them, even the games of game with gold. I purchased gears of war 4 and I can not download the codes of the games of the

    Xbox one defective controller

    Xbox one wireless controller completely defective. Controller does not turn on at all. Tried it with the battery pack, did not work. Tried it with USB charging cable in the Xbox one still does not turn on. Not impressed with xbox one.

    If it is updated fully and does not work and it is under warranty you should contact support directly for assistance. Contact Us | Xbox Support If not replacing the controller is the
    best option.

    Well, try updating the controller firmware, if that does not work, try plugging another headset into the controller to determine which one is failing.

    After that, if it´s your controller, unplug, blow air into the connection, try to plug again.

    If that does not work, contact MS support or get use of your warranty if you have one.

    The Corsair HS70 does not work on the Xbox One wirelessly. You might be able to use it wired to your controller.

    All compatible controllers will have a works with Xbox tag on the box. This one does not.

    Do you have any other Xbox One controllers? If these work, but your other controller does not then the issue can only be with this particular controller. Windows 20H2 does not have any compatibility issues with Xbox controllers, my Xbox One, Series X and 360 controllers still work fine.
