Xbox One controller disconnects

    Xbox One controller disconnects


    When I first turn my xbox on and play, (mainly call of duty black ops 3) when i go into games for about the first 15 minutes that I am on it keeps saying please reconnect controller and i have to take a battery out and put it back in to hear the sound
    again. The batteries are fine and not out of charge so I don't know why this is happening please help if you know anything.

    When you say "remote" "...stop sync", I think you are referring to the Xbox One controller...? If so, may I suggest following up with "Xbox One
    Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect    ". Let us know if this helps.

    Hi thoops123,

    if you are using rechargeable batteries I suggest you to try the standard AA batteries in order to check the functionality of the controller.
