    Xbox One Controller Disconnects


    OK guys, that's the final round. My console has arrived today at Microsoft's Frankfurt HQs and i REALLY HOPE that this time this ugly problem will be solved.

    Dear Microsoft, if my console returns for the fourth time wit the same issue i will migrate to another gaming platform.

    I'm an Xbox User since the first Xbox and i loved playing games and enjoyed online matches but this controller matter transforms an hour of gaming in a nightmare making me stand up from the couch nervously.

    And I expect that once i get my console repaired and i have reinstalled all my games (spending days for downloading them) my freshly repaired console has to work like a charm!!!!

    Believe me, i have been patient but after having sent the console for the fourth time I'm very afraid that the next time i will see the controller light flashing during a game session I will definitely quit Xbox.

    Hope that that light will never flash anymore

    When you say "remote" "...stop sync", I think you are referring to the Xbox One controller...? If so, may I suggest following up with "Xbox One
    Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect    ". Let us know if this helps.

    Hello agrigio!

    Sorry to hear you're having so many troubles! 4 consoles with the same issue definitely isn't normal. Please keep us in the loop with how it goes with your next console. If you're still having disconnection issues it sounds like a possible wireless interference
    in your home.

    If you have wireless devices near your console or in the same room try rearranging them to see if there's any change.

    i've tried every step of the troubleshooting guide, including switching off my router but the disconnections were still there.

    And above that I think that it would be really unreasonable to stay in an isolated room in order too use a console.
