    Xbox one controller disconnects


    I have an xbox one and only play Battlefield 4. I use a wireless xbox controller with a good fully charged rechargeable battery. The controller and console software is up to date.

    My problem is that the controller arbitrarily disconnects from the console. And the message appears, " Please reconnect your controller". Sometimes it does reconnect and sometimes I have to remove the battery and re-insert it then turn the controller back
    on in order to get it to work again. Then it may disconnect again in 5 minutes, 30 minutes or not until the next day. I am on my third controller and xbox has sent me a new console. The problem is unresolved and as bad as it ever was.

    There is no signal interference as far as I know. I am hard wired to the internet at 45 mbps. The distance that I play from the console is about 15-20 feet.

    This never once happened with xbox 360. I would appreciate any help that I can get.

    When you say "remote" "...stop sync", I think you are referring to the Xbox One controller...? If so, may I suggest following up with "Xbox One
    Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect    ". Let us know if this helps.
