Xbox one controller disconnects

    Xbox one controller disconnects


    As title states the controller keeps disconnecting. Ive tried all of the troubleshoots, changing batteries, different controller, different xbox, disabling my wifi in house.. this is becoming really annoying to deal with, i dont understand why its happening
    as we haver another console in the household and it has no problems what so ever!! Ive also had a xbox 360 sitting in the same place for 7years never having any problems!

    When you say "remote" "...stop sync", I think you are referring to the Xbox One controller...? If so, may I suggest following up with "Xbox One
    Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect    ". Let us know if this helps.

    Have you tried connecting the controller to the Xbox and updating it?
