Xbox One Controller disconnects

    Xbox One Controller disconnects


    I am in the preview program, but the link to their forum results in a group not found error!

    My controller disconnects regularly throughout the day/night, every day at least 4-5 times.

    I am only 2-3 Meters away from the console, but it is not in line of sight with the controller, nor is the Kinect.

    I use rechargeable battery packs made by ORB.

    Today I am seeing if the battery is the problem. I am using the official play and charge battery for the xbox one and will comment back tomorrow with how many disconnects i get today.

    If it is he battery I am not sure why it would disconnect as the controller light flashes so it is not as if the battery has come loose!

    When you say "remote" "...stop sync", I think you are referring to the Xbox One controller...? If so, may I suggest following up with "Xbox One
    Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect    ". Let us know if this helps.
