xbox one controller disconnects when idle or changing battery pack

i have had this problem since around 3/11/2014 and it still has not been resolved, if my battery dies, battery pack is removed or i am idle for the pad to turn off. then when i return and try to switch the pad back on i rather CANT MOVE ANYTHING but can
clearly see my xbox one has not frozen, or i can move but my headphones dont work. i no for sure this is not my xbox one because all my friends online are having the exact same problem...(QUICK FIX IS HARD RESETING THE XBOX) i have to do this sometimes 3 to
5x a day and its rather annoying and im guessing could cause damage to my xbox consistantly hard reseting the device has to be bad news. i think its XBOX problem once again and to be honest microsoft has plagued us with so much problems since day one on the
xbox one im starting to think if i have wasted my money, the memory can only save 5/6 games before being full and thanks for sorting all the day one problems out but now we have these major problems. PLEASE FIX ASAP WE DID PAY YOU ALOT OF CASH FOR THESE CONSOLES
SO SPEND IT ON A UPDATE!! OVERAL YOUR SYSTEM IS AWSOME BUT WE NEED A RELIABLE SYSTEM not one that interferes with our entertainment, i didnt spend over £500 to watch tv cos its not working properly.

Whenever I take damage in Halo Reach my controller is disconnected.

Have you tried using a different battery pack on the controller? On some of my older controllers, the battery packs are 'loose,' which makes the controller disconnect when I squeeze it too tightly, or when there's a considerable amount of vibration.

Something similar has happened to myself.

For me it was a faulty battery pack, as when I used the faulty one the controller would randomly turn off and disconnect.

If you've got another controller try swapping the battery packs. If it still persists, the controllers maybe faulty

 

this is a joke considering your console was over £100 more then the ps4 and right now your the ones with the most problems... i payed more because i thought you PAY for the BEST but im guessing this aint the idea now days lol.

 

and your updates for problems need to be quicker you have people clearly waiting for obvious updates that are needed for months sometimes. this aint cool microsoft. party chat were you cant hear people and have to change to gamechat and come back to fix
it... this problem started as soon as you fixed actual party chat a week or 2 after day one release. come on guys put in some overtime lol

 

this console was meant to last 5 years before the next gen came along well im guessing we are gonna be spending 2 of those 5 years fixing the thing before we even get to fully appreciate the console. THANKS GUYS i know what to do in 5 years SONYYY

 

all im going to say is dont bluff us off we know its not our side. WE NEED A UPDATE FIX FOR THE LAST UPDATE. thanks

Ok well yes i have tried all these things and the only one that works is turning the console off i did say in my first message. It turns on when i replace da batterys but just dny let me do anythinh so i have to end my sessions by hard reseting my xbox.
Dont worry anyway i have posted my xbox one on ebay these problems are a persistant problem and its not my end its been happening ever since call of duty was released. Plz dont copy and paste to me iver and actualy aknowledge there is a problem here with many
customers not just me. Your answrr is basically continue yo hard reset my console? Yh that sounds like it was pointless me even messaging on here BECAUSE THATS WHAT IM DOING 5x a day to play a game?

 

I want help to prevent this how can u say its fair to be in a game and then i am forced to hard reset leaving my session and loosing any data that i aint daved yet because i expect my btand new console to not act in this way.

 

I love my xbox one i play for hours everyday but ever since this has been happening i dont wanna play cos it makes me hard reset most of the time loosing alot of data cos i aint saved for a hour or so. Its nit fair realy and its alot of people all my friends

My disconnections have stopped.

I have the asus n66u router (dark Knight)

I have turned the 2.4ghz band off

The xbox one sits in a small closet, connects on the 5ghz band

Probably 7 feet away from the router.

The settings on the router, I have channel bandwith set to 40mhz and the check box ticked to optimized for the xbox.

auto extension is also set to auto.

Hope this helps, I have had the issue from day 1, still using the same controller, day 1 edition only with no issues now.
