Xbox One controller disconnects randomly

My Xbox One controller, which I have only had for a few weeks, keeps disconnecting randomly. It's very frustrating. Also, after around 15-30 minutes of playing, the charge goes from full to in the red. I have tried switching my battery out with other previous
Xbox One controllers, but I still get the same result. Please fix and respond asap. I understand Microsoft's hard work to improve the console and bugs and I appreciate that. Thank you.

Problem with controller

Both of my controllers are also disconnecting randomly

FIFA is the main game affected suffered 10 disconnects in one half!

I do have my xbox in the next room so not sure what the range of the controllers are

Controller disconnects

Same problem here.. Xb1 S controller randomly disconnects, original xbox one controller has no issues with xb1 S console...

Hello, do you have the latest firmware update for the controller? Plug your controller into the console using the micro usb cord and go to settings, system, and select update controller. If you do have the latest firmware update and your still having problems
you can log into xbox.com and click on my account under your gamertag and selecting manage device. From the manage devices page you'l be able to request a repair and you'll just have to send the broken controller back to Microsoft and the will repair or replace
it.

I got 2 of the xsx controllers.. they used to disconnect randomly on the xsx.. but it seems like its fixed now. on win10 some games are basically unplayable.. randomly flashes and disconnects.. the older xbox one controllers have no problems at all. does microsoft know of this problem.. it should be pretty widespread.

your controller shouldn't just disconnect randomly, try plugging the usb into your xbox and into your controller and try updating the controller.

I am using the original xbox one model

Yes the controller will randomly disconnect by itself. It also turned off when I plugged in one of my headsets.

The controller I mentioned is the normal xbox series controller.

Yes I updated the controller and the problem still continues.

The controller randomly disconnects and nearly immediately disconnects again once the controller has been turned back on. I’ve put new batteries in, I’ve re paired the controller to the system, I’ve unplugged the Xbox entirely to try and fix this.
