    XBox One controller disconnects. I think I solved my issue.


    I was having a problem with my multiple controllers disconnecting every few minutes and reconnecting. Also, I could only play hard-wired to the console. Wirelessly was not even close to working. I tried all of the advice on the xbox forums. I had even pre=ordered
    a new Elite console out of frustration. So, last night I was racking by brain and decided to turn the wifi off on my iPhone 6 plus. I couldn't believe it. It worked. Not a single disconnect for hours. I could even play wirelessly. Awesome! Hope this helps

    I hadn't used my headset for a while (Astro A40) and forgot I had this problem, searching the forums I found this thread which I'd posted in months before!

    Needless to say this issue still exists, full batteries, multiple different controllers (Elite and V2 standard)

    Short term solution for me is the use the Microsoft Chat Adapter (which shouldn't be needed as they have 3.5mm sockets now) but this seems to solve the controller disconnect issue.

    When you say "remote" "...stop sync", I think you are referring to the Xbox One controller...? If so, may I suggest following up with "Xbox One
    Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect    ". Let us know if this helps.

    Maybe the reconnect issue has something to do with the way that you are disconnecting the controller, my advice is to try different ways of disconnecting it and see if one solves the issue.
