    Xbox one controller Disconnecting.


    So my controller keeps disconnecting mid gaming or when casually using the xbox. How many other people are still experiencing this even though they followed the online guidance? This has been going on for a month now (about 4 weeks) and nothing is working. Can someone please tell me what is being done to resolve this issue?

    When you say "remote" "...stop sync", I think you are referring to the Xbox One controller...? If so, may I suggest following up with "Xbox One
    Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect    ". Let us know if this helps.
