    Xbox One Controller disconnecting


    Hi all. Another post about controller constantly disconnecting. Have tried every single step on here and spoke to support who suggest i send it in for repair. However i feel i should not be paying for a repair on something which is obviously a manufacturing
    defect and is not fit for purpose.

    I have spone with my local trading standards who have said due to the number of people having this problem that there is a case to answer. I have been on xbox for 9 years but this problem is about to end that. Come on Microsoft Sony addressed problems on
    the PS3 when they had them. Isnt it about time you did the same?

    Time to take a stand and help your loyal customers before you lose them and future customers!!

    Problem with controller

    Both of my controllers are also disconnecting randomly

    FIFA is the main game affected suffered 10 disconnects in one half!

    I do have my xbox in the next room so not sure what the range of the controllers are

    When you say "remote" "...stop sync", I think you are referring to the Xbox One controller...? If so, may I suggest following up with "Xbox One
    Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect    ". Let us know if this helps.
