    Xbox One controller disconnecting


    Ive been having this issue for a while and havent seen anything on it at all. At random times, my controller will disconect. The light on the controller will stay on. Nothing works unless i completely reset the xbox. Ive tried plugging it in, changing
    batteries, and trying to connect the xbox controller back, but the xbox refuses to connect to the console. Ive also switched controllers and it does it with all of them. It only does this once in a while, but its annoying when it does it. Ive also had some
    issues with audio cracking and cutting out completely a lot. The only time it seems not to crack is when its plugged in strait to the xbox. I have a old xbox one, got it right at christmas when it was pretty new. I have the original elite controller, and a
    newer ocean shadow controller.

    When you say "remote" "...stop sync", I think you are referring to the Xbox One controller...? If so, may I suggest following up with "Xbox One
    Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect    ". Let us know if this helps.
